I founded The Armory to bridge the gap between ancient scripture and modern masculinity. My journey hasn't been without its storms, but through faith, I found a rugged resilience that only God provides. We are here to equip men for the spiritual frontline, standing firm in truth and leading with conviction.

TRINITY
The God of the Bible is three persons and one essence. The triune Godhead is filled by the persons of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are all equally God and yet distinct in their relation to one another and in their relation to creation.

The deity and personhood of jesus christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He came as God in flesh to fulfill the law and prophets. He is fully God and fully man. Despite being God, He laid down His deity in order to come to the earth and fulfill the mission given Him by the Father. Through Him, the world was created, saved, and He is Lord over all. He is returning physically to judge the living and the dead, and to rule and reign.

total depravity
Since the fall of man in Genesis 3, all mankind is totally depraved. We are spiritually dead and unable to be reconciled to God except through a Savior. Sin has corrupted the heart, mind, and will of man as we continually seek out means to fulfill the fleshly desires of sin and wickedness unless and until we receive a new nature upon saving faith in Jesus Christ.

Baptism
The two sacraments that Jesus Christ instituted for His Church are baptism and communion. Baptism is to be performed by a new believer upon coming to saving faith in Jesus Christ, as a public proclamation of faith. Baptism is to be done by immersion in water, which symbolizes the washing away of sin and spiritual rebirth that occurs in the heart of someone who places their faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism identifies us physically with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The Authority of Scripture
The Bible, as originally given, is the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. It is the absolute and final rule of all Christian life and practice. We believe in the historical reliability of the scriptures and that through the Holy Spirit, they are living and active, speaking truth into our lives today.

salvation by grace through faith
Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Jesus refers to Himself as the narrow gate that leads to life, as the way, the truth, and the life, and tells us that no one can come to the Father except through Him. Since man is totally depraved, we need a Savior who paid for our sin in blood and only Jesus was able to do that. God's grace was revealed in sending Christ to us to be our Savior. No works, no prayers, no Christian acts, no partaking of a sacrement, no belonging to a church, and nothing else we do by our own power and might grants us salvation. We are only justified because of the imputed righteousness of Christ that we can only ever receive by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

JESUS' atonement and resurrection
Jesus Christ came to the earth and lived a perfect life in sinless righteousness and was seen as righteous before God in His innocence. He died a sinner's death on a cross, crucified by men, to pay for the penalty of sin once and for all. He was buried, and on the third day, He arose. He did all this to fulfill the law and prophets and to make it possible for man to be reconciled to God now, but also so that man may have hope in a physical, bodily resurrection in eternity.

COMMUNION
Communion was established by the Lord Jesus on the night He was betrayed. It is a holy meal shared by believers in remembrance of His sacrifice on the cross. The bread represents His body, broken for us, and the cup represents the new covenant in His blood. By partaking of communion, we examine ourselves in faith and proclaim the Lord’s death until He returns in glory.
